Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

Kate Cowhig International Recruitment are currently recruiting a Healthcare Assistant, Cork, Ireland.

The Healthcare Assistant is responsible for looking after our residents' health and wellbeing. Shifts include both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the delivery of high quality care to our residents in all aspects of their assessed needs

· Maintain a safe environment through the delivery of exceptional and high quality care

· Assist residents with all their daily activities to include: washing, dressing and undressing and ensure the highest standards of hygiene/personal care are maintained

· Liaise with residents' relatives to ensure residents have sufficient clothes, personal toiletries etc.

· Bring to the attention of the Management any deficits noted within the unit

· Act at all times in a professional manner to visitors, staff and residents within the Care Village Carry out assigned and delegated tasks involving the direct care of our residents

Benefits:

Salary: €32,269.00

Annual Leave Entitlement: 20 days per annum, pro rata.
