French and Dutch Speaking Project Administrator

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Hybrid working available: 2 days in the office a week
Salary: up to 35000€ per annum
Ref: 8167FDI

A leading technology specialist providing support to global organisations.

Main Duties:

1. To provide support to Project Managers with scheduling and utilisation of resources.
2. To liaise with Field colleagues and assist with scheduling engineer visits and resources.
3. To respond to customer enquiries efficiently and adjust scheduling accordingly based on customer cancellations or changes.
4. To maintain multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all are progressing as expected.
5. To prepare plans and schedules for each project and report on project profitability to key stakeholders.
6. To be the main point of contact for clients and colleagues.

Candidate's Profile:

1. Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken) – Essential.
2. Experience in business to business, administrative role – Essential.
3. Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. IT literate and good Excel skills.
