Lead and inspire a professional kitchen team to deliver exceptional service ? Oversee menu planning and meal preparation with a focus on nutrition and variety ? Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare teams to meet diverse dietary needs ? Manage kitchen operations, budgets, stock, and compliance with food safety standards ?
