Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Crew Controller to join Europe’s Largest Airline
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
Based in our Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords, the successful candidate will work in our busy Operations Control Centre on a shift basis with rotation shifts on a ‘4 on / 4 off’ roster including night shifts.
Fantastic starting package of €40,000 p/a plus an additional €6,000 annual performance-based bonus. Package increases to €45,000 p/a after 1 year plus €6,000 annual bonus.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
1. Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits
2. Accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality
3. Developing and implementing solutions to day-to-day crewing problems
4. Assisting with the development of efficient, cost-effective solutions to operational disruptions
5. Any other duties as requested by Operations Control management
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a high degree of flexibility in addition to the following:
1. The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
2. Good problem-solving skills
3. Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality
4. Proven ability to work under pressure
5. A good telephone manner
6. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and/or EDCL would be an advantage)
