Afterschool Supervisor

Do you have the leadership skills to inspire a team and make a real difference in young lives? Join our team as an Afterschool Supervisor Glasnevin Minimum 27 hours,12.30pm to 6.00pm. Mon. to Friday. There is scope to extend these hours if preferred. Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience About the Role As our Afterschool Supervisor youll be responsible for: Leading and supervising a team of care workers Planning and delivering a variety of creative, educational, and recreational activities Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care Building positive relationships with staff, children, parents, and school staff Managing daily operations and maintaining a welcoming environment Ensuring the afterschool operates in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensuring the afterschool is in compliance with SAC regulations To liaise with the service management in planning and carrying out school collections What Were Looking For At least one years experience working with children aged 411 in an afterschool l setting. Strong leadership and communication skills A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures Relevant qualifications, a level 5 or above qualification in Childcare would be preferred but not essential..
