Eirebloc Limited produces composite pallet blocks, made from recycled timber, for both the home and export markets. The plant is state of the art & highly automated and fully mechanised. A vacancy has arisen for the following permanent day shift position: MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN: The Role: The successful candidate will be part of a maintenance team and report to the plant manager. The role will consist mainly of: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control faults. Carry out scheduled electrical routine maintenance. Assist with the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance routines and engineering procedures. Assist in the safe and efficient operation of maintenance systems. Assist in the electrical installation of capital projects. At times assisting with plant routine mechanical maintenance and breakdowns. Requirements: Fully qualified Electrician. Familiar with electrical switchgear, controls, AC motors, inverters, etc. Ideally previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility. Strong communication skills. Fluent English Speaker. Ability to work under your own initiative. Ability to work as part of a team and by yourself. Remuneration will be competitive.
