Job Title: Site Manager Location: Kildare, Ireland Project: €32M Residential Project (2 years) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent I'm delighted to be working with a top tier construction company seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale, high-quality residential development based in Kildare. This €32M project will involve the construction of multiple housing units, infrastructure works, and associated amenities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out in line with programme, safety, and quality standards Lead and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers Implement and maintain site-specific health & safety plans in accordance with company and legal requirements Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and Design Teams Monitor progress against schedule, update programmes, and manage delays or changes effectively Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and reporting Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, site diaries, and H&S documentation Ensure site presentation and housekeeping is maintained to a high standard Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects of similar scale Minimum 5+ years site management experience Relevant construction qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Trade Background) Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and Health & Safety legislation Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to drive a project from groundworks through to handover Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite Apply now Submit your CV in confidence.
