Orange Recruitment are currently seeking a proactive and experienced EHS Advisor to join our clients team in Dublin. As part of one of Ireland's most respected construction companies, you'll play a key role in maintaining their commitment to the highest health, safety, and environmental standards across their active sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and is passionate about promoting a positive safety culture. Responsabilities: Implement and monitor company EHS policies and procedures across construction sites Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and EHS training to site personnel Maintain site EHS documentation, including safety statements and method statements Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance Support the development and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental systems Requirements: A recognised qualification in Health & Safety (e.g. NEBOSH, Diploma, or relevant degree) Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar EHS role, ideally within construction In-depth knowledge of Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation Strong communication and influencing skills Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-based safety culture Full driver's licence and flexibility to travel to various sites within Dublin Skills: Compliance EHS Construction
