eDiscovery Review Manager (Remote – UK/Ireland only) – Permanent Signatus is partnering with a scaling managed legal services company to hire an experienced eDiscovery Review Manager . This role leads document review operations from initial scope through final delivery, oversees review teams, manages client engagement, and ensures disclosures are defensible, efficient, and delivered to a high standard. You will be the main point of contact for clients and legal teams, with a strong understanding of privilege, relevance, and workflow design. This is a fully remote role for a review professional with hands-on experience managing large-scale matters and reviewer teams, and familiarity with Relativity, Reveal, and Nuix.
What are your Key Responsibilities?
Manage end-to-end review projects across litigation, regulatory investigations, and data subject access requests
Design and implement defensible workflows, review protocols and QC checks aligned to legal standards
Lead review teams, providing supervision, training, and performance feedback to ensure quality and consistency
Act as primary liaison with client legal teams and counsel, providing updates, insights, and recommendations throughout the review process
Monitor productivity, accuracy, and timelines across live matters, adapting workflows where required
Utilise review analytics and tools (Relativity, Reveal, Nuix) to refine approach and reduce volume
Report progress and findings clearly to stakeholders, producing accurate documentation and review summaries
You Should Have
At least 5 years' experience managing legal review teams, ideally within law firms, ALSPs or legal service providers
Deep knowledge of UK and EU disclosure obligations, privilege and relevance in civil and regulatory matters
Experience managing large, multi-phase review projects with responsibility for outcomes, budgets and delivery timelines
Strong technical skills with review tools such as Relativity, Reveal, or Nuix Discovery
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, supervise contractors, and uphold quality across fast-moving review cycles
Strong communication and reporting skills, with experience as the key client contact on review matters
Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines across multiple matters
Legal training or experience working in legal teams is highly beneficial
