Role:Goods In Operative and SAP Administrator. Salary: €30,000 - €40,000. Duration: Permanent. Location: Dublin North. Hours: Monday to Friday. Goods In Operative/SAP Administrator Leading freight company who aims to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers, is seeking a versatile warehouse operative with experience in the Goods In department and strong proficiency as an SAP Administrator. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing and progressing company. The position uniquely combines the practical responsibilities of a Goods In warehouse operative with the administrative tasks of SAP management. As a Goods in Operative and SAP Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the Goods In department to the highest standards, ensuring goods are offloaded in a safe and efficient manner, palletised, and then stored in the correct locations. You will also be tasked with using SAP to complete transactions, such as uploading stock onto the system, verifying quantities, checking for stock discrepancies, and maintaining stock levels. Responsibilities: Inspect and receive incoming goods, ensuring both quality and quantity. Accurately record and process received goods in the SAP system. Maintain organised and efficient inventory storage. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed. Requirements: Manual Handling Certificate. Essential: Counterbalance License Certificate. Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAP. Intermediate computer literacy skills, including MS Office (Outlook and Excel). Highly regarded: Over 3 years of warehouse experience.
