Marketing Specialist – Medical Equipment
At Fleming Medical, we are committed to advancing healthcare through innovative medical equipment and technology solutions. Our team is passionate about improving patient outcomes and empowering healthcare professionals with our range of products. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the promotion of our medical devices with healthcare professionals in Ireland, the UK, and the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will possess proven marketing experience, a keen interest in technology, and a solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies within the healthcare industry. You will work closely with our Sales and Technical Service teams to design compelling marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive business growth. You would create and manage the marketing strategy for our Defibrillation, Monitoring, and Diagnostic Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our products to businesses and healthcare professionals.
2. Create and manage content for digital and print marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and product brochures.
3. Collaborate with product teams to understand the technical aspects of devices and translate them into clear, persuasive marketing messages.
4. Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to optimise campaigns and drive business results.
5. Attend trade shows, webinars, and industry events to represent the brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Work closely with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and sales goals.
7. Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Knowledge & Experience:
1. Third level qualification in Marketing, Business, Technology or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in medical devices or technology.
3. Proven experience with B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
5. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
6. Passion for technology and innovation.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
