The Role As our Head Bartender, you'll be the heartbeat of our Gastrobar - leading from the front, crafting exceptional drinks, and creating an atmosphere where both guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed. Think of it as being the conductor of a well-orchestrated symphony, where every shift ends with a standing ovation (and you still get home at a reasonable hour). NO LATE LATE BAR.
