Temporary Concierge – Co. Kildare

We are recruiting for a Temporary Concierge to join a busy reception team. This is a hands-on role requiring someone friendly, professional, confident and personable to provide an excellent first impression to guests and visitors.

Location: Co. Kildare
Rate: €13.50/hour
Hours: Full-time hours, 5 days over 7, (Shift times vary: 10:00–19:00, 09:00–18:00, 11:00–20:00)
Duration: Please note that this is a temporary on-going position and the duration of this contract is yet to be determined.

As a concierge, you will:


Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and a warm attitude.
Operate the reception area efficiently, managing enquiries and requests.
Validate vouchers and loyalty points.
Handle guest-related administrative tasks as required.
Maintain a busy front-of-house environment with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
This is a physically active role, so you should be comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift.


Qualifications and Experience:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, friendly and approachable demeanor, able to engage positively with guests at all times.
Proactive and solution-focused, able to anticipate guest needs and handle a busy reception environment efficiently.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varying shifts and days, as required.
Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced role.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
