Scrum Master Dublin (Remote/Hybrid) €70,000 - €80,000 About the Role My client isseeking an experienced Scrum Master to manage and deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects. This role will suit someone who brings structure, clarity, and energy to software delivery while enabling teams to operate efficiently in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities Drive predictability and quality across agile software engineering teams. Mentor and support engineers, promoting continuous improvement and accountability. Manage agile ceremonies and ensure project progress is accurately reflected in Jira. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify risks, and support decision-making. Facilitate clear communication, remove delivery blockers, and ensure alignment across teams. Skills and Experience 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Certified Scrum Master or equivalent qualification. Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and software delivery practices. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or infrastructure-as-code is an advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. Degree in a STEM discipline (advanced degree preferred). Desirable Experience with software teams working on Big Data or cloud-based projects. Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and ITIL principles.
