Primary Responsibilities
Execute contract negotiations and interactions with pharmaceutical manufacturers that are in compliance with UHG corporate policies, directives, business goals and objectives
Coordinate the redlining process as well as communications and negotiations of contractual terms and conditions in tandem with internal stakeholders (Emisar IR leadership, legal, clinical, contracting)
Manage regular reports and updates for the leadership team reflecting business performance and priorities
Financial modeling analytics for rebate optimization and lowest net cost strategy assessment of pharmaceutical products
An ability to navigate established clinical guidelines determined
Act as a strategic thought leader to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Required Qualifications
Bachelor/'s degree (or higher) OR equivalent experience
Experience in contract negotiations, strategy development and contract redlining experience
Experience of working with internal and external Senior Leaders
Soft Skills
Proven ability to work well and collaboratively, with multiple teams or departments for business growth or profitability goals
Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information
Organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects at one time
