Audit Senior Manager | Financial Services | Dublin

As an Audit Senior Manager in our new Financial Services department, you will have the dual role of supporting the partner in developing and growing the business as well as oversee a portfolio of audit clients within the financial sector. You would work with the partner developing and executing on a business development strategy.
You will then also be responsible for the successful completion of audit engagements within stipulated timelines, encompassing effective client and team communications, meticulous planning, and execution of audits. You will bring significant experience, particularly with crucial components of client service and delivery. In order to enhance your own personal development, you will have the opportunity to be part of a business development strategy as well as lead, manage, motivate and coach other members of the team so supervisory experience would be a distinct advantage. You will be working with a great team of like-minded colleagues all focused on supporting each other to perform at their best.
In terms of qualifications, we want to ensure we are offering the best service to our clients so an accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CPA is essential for this role alongside strong audit experience within an accountancy practice.
