Overview Role: Office Administrator (12 months fixed contract) located in Bray, Co. Wicklow. This is a full-time, office-based position with standard business hours.
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities Respond to emails and correspondence using Outlook and Word.
Maintain and update digital records and databases.
Prepare and format spreadsheets using Excel.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong team and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
