Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Administrator within UCD College Office - Social Sciences and Law . The College Office requires a temporary Administrator who will report into the Administration Team Lead. A key priority of this role will be to provide dynamic and flexible administration support to the College Office, with a focus on front of house support to students and staff. The Administration Support Team operate as a team and each member will be expected to carry out admin activities outside the remit of their primary area of focus. This sense of teamwork and collegiality will support a flexible and collaborative environment, enhance the ability to provide cross-coverage for their team members, manage peaks and troughs in workload and facilitate increased sharing of expertise within the team. The role will work as part of the Administration Support Team and will work closely with Schools, central support units and stakeholders outside of UCD to ensure the smoothest possible operation of all aspects of the office. The role holder will require excellent time management and organisational skills, tact and discretion in handling sensitive information and the ability to work in a collegial manner. Candidates will have excellent general office administration and organisational skills and be able to use initiative to work collaboratively within a team environment.
