Responsibilities Administer and support Salesforce, ensuring system reliability, user access management, and ongoing improvements.
Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other GTM applications.
Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules, with opportunities to work on Apex triggers and scheduled jobs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, serving as second-level support before escalation to senior administrators or developers.
Execute and oversee data management tasks, including data imports, exports, deduplication, and enrichment, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to optimize CRM workflows and system efficiencies.
Assist in system audits, security reviews, and compliance checks to maintain data integrity and user access control.
Document best practices, system configurations, and integration processes, ensuring clear and accurate documentation for the team.
Participate in Salesforce enhancement projects, gathering business requirements and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, support, or system management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, roles, profiles, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules), with exposure to Apex and API integrations.
Ability to support and troubleshoot integrations with Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other sales/customer success tools.
Experience managing data within Salesforce, including importing/exporting data, deduplication, and validation.
Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to system improvements.
Eagerness to develop advanced Salesforce skills, including working with Apex, SOQL, API integrations, and declarative development.
A collaborative, team-first mindset, with the ability to take initiative and contribute to team success.
