Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in commercial operations, vendor management and vendor negotiations, including agreement management.
- Experience with networking or data center operations agreements.

Preferred qualifications

- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in a global financial and commercial operations environment.
- Experience in the networking/telecom specifically with Telecom Expense Management (TEM).

Responsibilities

- Manage a commercial operations program and ensure things run smoothly.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of a global multi-disciplinary commercial operations environment supported by TVCs and FTEs (contracts, payments, systems, financial governance).
- Financial Project Management and Scalable Controls for Submarine Network Infrastructure projects.
- Develop operational and governance frameworks to monitor the execution of critical payments and obligations.
- Develop and maintain commercial operations processes.
