The Role:
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Business Developer to join our Retail Business Development Team in North Dublin.

Working as part of an experienced team, the Business Developer will be responsible for delivering sales targets, securing new business, and ensuring the consistent delivery of a top-tier customer experience in a high-value area.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Managing and developing new and existing retail accounts.
- Training and developing operators handling our portfolio.
- Ensuring excellent execution of ARYZTA products across your territory.
- Providing excellent customer service with strong product and industry knowledge.
- Expanding current offerings and propositions to existing customers.
- Responding promptly to customer queries to address and resolve issues quickly.
- Driving continual improvement of product knowledge and sharing this with customers to boost sales growth.
- Maintaining CRM data accurately for internal use, field management, and analysis.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as National and Key Accounts, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to meet shared goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

- Proven sales experience within retail and/or foodservice sectors.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills and customer-centric solutions.
- Financial acumen to analyze and interpret sales data for better decision-making.
- Passionate about food and retail, with a hands-on sales approach.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences.
- Consistently achieving results under challenging circumstances.
- Full valid driving license.

Desirable:

- Experience or education in food retail, culinary, hospitality, or beverage sectors.
