The Role Prepare designs for commercial buildings and prefab construction solutions Liaise with design team to prepare drawings that align with clients intent Review drawings, calculations, reports etc. Coordinate and manage a team of engineers Work with senior management, project delivery teams and subcontractors to ensure project is delivered on time Assist with Tenders and Bid for new projects Ensure all projects are in compliance with local & national building regulations / structural requirements Requirements Minimum Level 8 qualification in Structural Engineering/ Construction Engineering recognised by Engineers Ireland Minimum of 5 years experience with a Consultancy practice or Contractor in Ireland Experience and knowledge of Eurocode design, the current Building Regulations; and relevant health and safety legislation Experience and knowledge of modular construction is desirable Full, clean driving licence Fluent English, with a high level of written, oral and graphic communication skills For any additional information on the role, please contact Tanya McCann at Inform3 Recruitment.
