Qui sommes-nous ?

Nous développons des solutions logicielles et matérielles dédiées aux officines de pharmacie. Notre mission : faciliter le quotidien des professionnels de santé grâce à des outils performants, faciles à prendre en main, et un accompagnement humain de qualité.

Tes missions (variées, terrain + tech) :

Participer aux démarrages chez nos clients (pharmacies) : tu animes les formations, accompagnes les équipes dans la prise en main de nos outils, et t'assures que tout fonctionne au top dès le premier jour.

Gérer les incidents techniques ou fonctionnels signalés par les utilisateurs (à distance ou sur place), et les résoudre efficacement.

Conseiller les utilisateurs sur les bonnes pratiques, les guider dans l'utilisation de notre solution, et répondre à leurs questions avec pédagogie.

Préparer les installations en agence, configurer le matériel, tester les nouvelles versions de notre logiciel avant déploiement.

Une formation ou une première expérience en informatique (support, déploiement, maintenance)

À l'aise avec l'environnement Windows, les réseaux, les périphériques (imprimantes, lecteurs, etc.)

De l'autonomie, de l'organisation et le sens du service

Une bonne communication, de la patience, et l'envie d'aider

Le secteur de la santé t'est familier ou t'attire ? C'est un vrai plus
