Liberty Recycling is a growing organisation based in Dublin 12. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day finance function. This is a standalone position, where you will work independently, reporting directly to management. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing accounts payable and receivable (creditors, debtors, invoicing, payments). Preparing and submitting ROS returns (VAT, PAYE, etc.). Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records. Preparing monthly summaries and assisting management with reporting. Acting as payroll backup (training provided) Maintaining an organised filing system for all finance records. Dealing with shipping agents for exports, ensuring documentation and payments are correct. (training provided) About You Minimum 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Administrator. Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and ROS. Extremely organised and detail-oriented, with excellent filing and record-keeping skills. Able to work independently and report directly to management. Accounting software experience (Sage, Xero, or similar). Payroll knowledge an advantage (training will be provided).
