Product Executive (Toyota & Lexus) Toyota Ireland Applications are invited for the position of Product Executive The car market is undergoing an exciting transformation, with hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and full battery electric technology becoming more commonplace. As the number 1 car brand in Ireland, Toyotas varied product line-up is class leading. Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Executive will be an integral team member of the Toyota Ireland Product department as it navigates the future electrification of the market. The Product Executive will be exposed to a range of cross-department collaborative tasks and be expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously. It is suited to someone looking for a fast-paced, diverse environment where resilience and inventiveness are key attributes. Some of the Product Executive responsibilities are: 12 months prior to production, liaising with the Product Manager and relevant Product Specialist on upcoming changes. Maintain several important systems, ensuring a smooth flow of data transfer between key stakeholders. Be responsible for accurately establishing, maintaining, and producing a list of available models at variant level to support another departments workflow. Develop a detailed knowledge of all Toyota and competitor models and assist in the execution of the product strategy. Design, generate and circulate several key reports and be data-driven when it comes to answering questions or solving problems. Proof-read and localise Model Brochures and Product Guides. Provide support to the dealer network regarding product related queries. Assist with physical and digital network training and product launches to ensure all salespeople are knowledgeable in all products during the lifecycle. Collaborate with the Marketing department to coordinate the roll-out of content on the website. Provide support to the Product Manager on other product related tasks when required. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills: Experience in the motor industry preferred, but not essential. Excellent administration, typing and data-input skills, especially MS Excel. Excellent communication, organisation, and inter-personal skills. Experience working to tight deadlines and delivering targets. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail. Presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel required. Great team work ethic. Keen interest in the motor industry.
