We deliver high-quality building and carpentry services across residential and commercial projects in Dublin, Kildare, and Wicklow. As our workload continues to grow, we are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our expanding team. The Roles We are currently hiring for: General Labourers Carpenters Apprentice Carpenters Key Responsibilities General Labourers Assist tradespeople on-site with timber frame construction. Handle and move materials, keeping work areas clean and safe. Carry out manual labour and general site duties. Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times. Carpenters Carry out first and second fix carpentry, with a focus on timber frame projects. Read and interpret technical drawings. Measure, cut, and assemble timber structures to a high standard. Deliver quality workmanship consistently. Apprentice Carpenters Work alongside experienced carpenters, learning all aspects of timber frame construction. Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembly tasks. Gain skills and knowledge through on-the-job training. Support the team on-site with day-to-day tasks. Requirements Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates are mandatory (must be in place prior to starting). Full, clean drivers licence is required. Previous construction/carpentry experience is an advantage (not essential for apprentices). Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills. Ability to travel to sites across Dublin, Kildare, and Wicklow. Good communication and willingness to learn (especially for apprentices). What We Offer Generous hourly rate, based on experience.
