We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (English/Spanish) to join our team based at our offices in Dublin City Center. Your working hours will be from 13:00 to 21:00. 5 days per week, 7 hours per day, totalling 35 hours a week. Around 35,100€ per annum (30,400€ salary + *Commissions). *4,700€ per year based on data from 2024. Salary Increase plan: First year 30.400€ + *Commissions Second year in the company 32.500 + Annual Bonus 1.000€ + *Commissions Third year in the company 34.600 + Annual Bonus 2.000€ + *Commissions All candidates must have EU Citizenship or Stamp 4. Key Duties & Responsibilities: This position will require the successful candidate to demonstrate excellent customer service skills in a multilingual environment. Premium Travel Club by H10 Hotels is a Vacation Program/Club that offers its members exclusive benefits when visiting our breathtaking holiday destinations located in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Spain. As a Premium Travel Club Customer Service agent your job will encompass all aspects of customer care. You will be advising our Vacation Club members on availability for reservations, providing product information, hotel reviews, processing payments, etc. Our ideal candidate is: An excellent communicator Customer oriented Adaptable A good attention to detail A team player A good multitasker Fully proficient in written and spoken English-Spanish (essential) A resident in Ireland, preferably living in Dublin or surrounding areas. Required Skills/Experience: Previous Customer Service experience (experience in a call center environment is preferable) Solid negotiation and communication skills (telephone & e-mail) Previous experience with reservations systems (Navision) is an advantage General understanding of the Timeshare Business and basic experience in collections is a plus, as is a minimum knowledge of written and spoken French/Spanish Candidates with undergraduate studies in Tourism, Marketing or Hospitality will be welcome Benefits: - Additional benefits: training, commission plan, employee discounts, health and dental insurance, Cycle to Work Scheme (after the probation period). - Permanent | Full Time. - Hybrid position - option to work from home 1 day per week after the initial trial period (6 months) and 2 days per week after the first year. - Seniority Holidays (2 additional days of holidays after the second year with the company, 1 additional day after the third year and so forth until reaching a maximum of 5 additional days for a total of 25 days.)
