Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Graduate Software / AI Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a graduate to gain experience in a renowned company, working at the forefront of technology. This is a 24-month contract role with the potential for permanent placement thereafter.
Shifts: 7am – 3.30pm and 3.00pm -11.30pm Mon – Fri, week on week off.
Benefits: Flexible Working, Bonus, Pension, Gym and Sports and Social, Healthcare, Generous Holidays.
Required Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of micro-Processors and microcontrollers.
- Experience with C and C++.
- Familiarity with Design patterns (The 7 basic patterns and MVVM).
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of the complete process of source code conversion into a program (compilation, linking, make files, installers).
- Knowledge of memory management in software (Heap, Stack, pointers, etc.).
- Experience with C# and .NET.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Entity Framework.
- Experience with Databases and SQL.
- Experience with real-time operating systems.
- Experience with event-driven systems.
- Experience with electronics.
- Experience in programming embedded systems.
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Experience with assembly language.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with other programming languages.
