Our Client, a global law firm, with an expanding office in Dublin, currently has a vacancy for an Employment Law Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE. If you are looking for an environment where you can deliver high-caliber advice, build client relationships, and develop the business, then this is the role for you.
The main selling point of the role, aside from the work itself, is the work-life balance the firm promotes. There is a highly competitive package, but it does not require long hours, and such hours will not be expected. It all starts with a realistic view on billable hours. Salary: Up to €95,000

The Role:
1. Advise clients across multiple sectors
2. Provide solutions to clients in employment matters of all kinds (contentious and non-contentious)
3. Contribute to business development activities
4. Apply a high standard of technical knowledge and client care at all times
5. Support the effective running of the employment practice
6. Provide support for colleagues
7. Work according to the firm’s high standards and protocols on financial management
The Ideal Candidate will:
1. Be a qualified Solicitor with experience advising on employment law matters.
