Position: Senior Warehouse Supervisor (seasonal) Contract: Temporary - 6 to 8 Weeks - could be extended depending on company needs. Location: Portlaoise, Co. Laois Pay Rate: €15.50 per hour About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a temporary 6-8 week contract. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership skills in a warehouse or logistics environment who can hit the ground running and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Based in Portlaoise, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, coordinating workloads, and maintaining high operational standards during a busy period. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations. Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets. Oversee stock control, goods in/out processes, and order fulfilment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Allocate workloads and monitor performance. Liaise with management to report on operational progress and challenges. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role (essential). Strong leadership and organisational skills. Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock management, and logistics. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
