Responsibilities Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards across all sections. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Support the Sous Chef in training and mentoring junior team members. Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times. Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation. Requirements Experience in a similar role within a hotel or upscale restaurant. Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
