Company Intro / Summary A growing construction contractor is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in South Dublin. Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of projects from tender stage through to final account. Prepare budgets, cost plans, and procurement documentation. Oversee subcontractor and supplier management, including negotiation and account settlement. Track project costs, valuations, and variations, providing regular financial reporting. Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery. Contribute to value engineering exercises and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with contracts and company procedures. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline. 35 years post-graduate experience in a QS role. Experience with residential and/or commercial projects desirable. Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software tools. Motivated and ambitious individual looking to grow within a smaller contractor. Package Salary: €55,000 €65,000 DOE.
