Are you our next SAP FI/CO Manager?

Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Manager

Contract type: Permanent

A snapshot of your peer group:

- Minimum 5 years experience in SAP FICO.
- Preferably experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Proven track record of leading SAP projects in a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and how they translate into SAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard approach.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly desirable.

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy SAP FICO solutions, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices and Public Cloud capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SAP practice.
- Stay current with SAP innovations, particularly in the Public Cloud space, and contribute to thought leadership.
