Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

• Support performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.

• Lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Oversee HR compliance, benefits administration, and digital transformation.

• Drive learning and development programs across multiple locations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years' HR experience within aircraft/engine leasing, aviation, or high-growth sectors.

• Proven track record across HR operations, talent development, and business partnering.

• Strong working knowledge of employment law and best practice.
