Purpose of the Role To undertake responsibility, with fellow MRI Clinical Specialist Radiographers, on a day-to-day basis for the MRI Service in CHI at Temple Street. To lead, guide and supervise radiographic and other staff and to successfully manage the paediatric MRI service, with effective utilisation of all resources allocated. To manage in a rapidly changing environment and be willing to undertake such additional duties within the Diagnostic Imaging Department also, as may be assigned from time to time. Essential Criteria: Bachelor of Radiography for Diagnostic Radiography or possess the Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent Be registered on the Radiography Division of the Radiographers Register maintained by the Radiographers Registration Board at CORU On appointment practitioners must maintain live annual registration on the relevant division of the Radiographers Register maintained by the Radiographers Registration Board at CORU once initial registration is secured Possess a recognized postgraduate qualification in MRI as recognised by the IIRRT and 3 years clinical experience in MRI Or Have not less than 6 years full time post qualification clinical experience in MRI How to Apply & Informal Enquiries Applications for this post must be accompanied by a cover letter, setting out relevant experience that illustrates how the essential criteria listed above is met.
