Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Site Finishing Foreman.

The successful candidate will have a strong trade background and/or relevant construction-related qualification, with extensive experience on various types of fit-out projects. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, maintaining a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the workflow of sub-contractors to ensure they align with the programme of works on site.

2. Implement Health & Safety procedures and contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget.
