Our client combines deep research expertise with AI and modern technology to create a next-generation insights platform. They’re redefining how qualitative and quantitative research come together — and they’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end across the stack, from backend services in Node/Nest to front-end delivery in Angular.
You won’t just write code — you’ll shape how the product works, feels, and scales, and have the opportunity to grow into a technical lead role as a new development pod forms.
What You’ll Do Build and maintain backend services (Node.js / Nest.js) integrated with a modern Angular front-end.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability.
Champion quality, performance, and developer experience (DX) across the team.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver features that delight users.
Mentor other engineers, help define technical patterns and best practices.
Prepare to step into a team lead role as the product and team grow.
Must-haves Strong production experience with Node.js or Nest.js and Angular.
Solid understanding of API design, data flow, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in small or scale-up SaaS environments — comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
Eligible to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience.
Exposure to front-end automation, performance profiling, or optimization.
