Als Teil unserer Wachstumsstrategie suchen wir aktuell nach einem Junior Consultant Corporate Finance / Unternehmensbewertung (m/w/d), der uns in unserer betriebswirtschaftlichen Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Mandanten unterstützt. Aufgaben

- Beratung verschiedenster Firmen, z. B. im Rahmen ihrer Wachstumsstrategie durch Bewertung von Unternehmen, immateriellem Vermögen sowie der Analyse strategischer Handlungsalternativen
- Modellierung und Analyse integrierter Businesspläne und Durchführung von Bewertungsmodellen sowie Szenarioanalysen
- Bilanzielle Abbildung von Unternehmenstransaktionen und fortlaufende Überprüfung der Werthaltigkeit von Investments
- Analysen des Markt- und Wettbewerbsumfelds sowie der Finanzkennzahlen von Unternehmen gemeinsam mit Projektteammitgliedern

Profil

- Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik) oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten im Corporate Finance, Valuation, Steuern oder Investment Banking bzw. M&A
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau
- Reisebereitschaft, um unsere Mandant*innen auch vor Ort bestmöglich zu beraten
- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und Interesse an aktuellen wirtschaftlichen Themen
