Link Personnel’s Client is a busy and growing practice on the north side of Dublin with two offices in Dublin 5. They are an established team of legal experts offering services across a range of legal areas including conveyancing, litigation, probate, wills, family law and employment law. They are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will be 3+ years qualified with experience managing all aspects of conveyancing transactions and providing legal advice to clients. The Role:

- Manage all aspect of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Conduct thorough title investigations, identify potential risks and develop solutions to resolve any issues that arise.
- Build strong relationships with clients maintaining effective communication throughout the transaction and ensuring our clients best interests are represented at all times.
- Manage relationship with financial institutions, estate agents, brokers, surveyors and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions for our clients

The Candidate:

- Minimum 3 years PQE with experience in conveyancing.
- Probate and Wills experience an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage own caseload.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven record of building relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Solution orientated with a proactive approach to representing our clients’ interests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook) and legal Case Management systems
