As Operations Manager you will report to the General manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to the General Manager for all hotel operations.
- Directly lead the heads of departments.
- Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service.
- Succession Planning – Lead the development and continuous learning of the hotel staff.
- Ensure the best level of customer care within the property.
- Support the profitability and cost management of the hotel.
What You Will Need
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
- A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
- Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
- Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
