Regulatory Reporting Accountant

Our client, a leading global financial institution is seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Reporting Accountant to join its Finance team, with a primary focus on supporting the Irish subsidiary's regulatory reporting function.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare prudential returns (Capital, Liquidity, Large Exposures, Asset Encumbrance & Leverage Ratio reporting)
- Produce and review daily MI for senior management
- Maintain awareness of new/existing business areas, financial products, and regulatory changes
- Review and improve reporting processes and controls
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to governance, regulatory policies, and risk management initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years' regulatory reporting experience in financial services
- Fully qualified accountant (or equivalent) with excellent Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive process improvements
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and professional growth
