One of the leading companies in personalized marketing solutions is looking for a German speaker to join their team. It can be a permanently remote/work-from-home role.
The company offers high-value/low-cost branded marketing products to small and medium businesses through multiple channels, with low minimum order quantities and high levels of customer care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Calling existing customers and generating increased sales
- Managing a database of unassigned accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets
- Ensuring customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products
- Verifying the order and customer details online
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English
- 1 year in a customer-facing role (customer support, sales, etc.)
- Passionate about delivering customer service and managing customer expectations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Location: Dundalk or Permanently remote
