Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex programs and projects across multiple stakeholders, engineering teams, and business clients. The role requires expertise in program and project management, Agile methodologies, and digital product delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale programs, working with onshore and offshore teams, and managing end-to-end delivery of products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of projects, products, and platforms within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Collaborate with software engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, success factors, deliverables, and business benefits.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple teams across different locations, ensuring alignment and seamless execution.
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, interdependencies, and scope changes to keep projects on track.
- Support and lead Agile planning, sprint execution, and retrospectives, ensuring effective team collaboration and delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Program Management, Business Analysis, and Engineering to drive progress and resolve challenges.
- Ensure compliance with internal methodologies and continuously improve Hybrid Agile delivery processes.
- Provide progress reports on projects, product releases, and overall delivery status.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

- Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager or Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid Agile methodologies, with the ability to lead teams through the software development lifecycle.
- Experience delivering digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Ability to manage and coordinate onshore and offshore teams effectively.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate and align priorities at senior executive levels.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills, with experience handling complex program dependencies.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.
