Part-Time Bookkeeper - Permanent

Osborne Recruitment is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper on behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing company in the shared offices industry based in Dublin. Committed to strong financial management and exceptional client service, they offer innovative, scalable solutions to meet the evolving needs of today's workforce.

For You:

Salary: €40,000-€50,000 (pro rata)
Location: Dublin 2
Hours: 24-30 hours per week (flexible)
Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with the sales team monthly to confirm and agree recurring monthly sales
Generate accurate monthly sales invoices in line with agreed recurring revenue schedules and email to clients.
Receive and review supplier invoices and ensure they have been approved by the appropriate manager.
Process purchase invoices, ensuring correct departmental allocation.
Processing bank receipts and payments.
Reconciling debtor accounts
Reconciling creditor accounts
Bank reconciliations
Prepare supplier payment runs
Prepare and submit VAT returns bi-monthly.

Requirements:

Experience using Sage is essential.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Microsoft Excel proficient
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
