This is a senior leadership opportunity to join a well-established organisation, where you'll play a critical role in driving financial performance and operational excellence. AsFinancial Controller, you will act as the financial leader on-siteresponsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, driving strategic planning, and supporting key business initiatives. You'll report directly to the site leadership team and maintain a dotted-line relationship with the Group CFO, with periodic travel to international headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close. Deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting with actionable insights to support decision-making. Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan and Rolling 12-Month Forecast (R12M). Manage cash flow, tax compliance, statutory accounts, and audit processes. Partner with leadership on strategic projects including capital investment planning and cost-reduction initiatives. Champion continuous improvement within the finance function and support ERP system implementations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team. What Were Looking For: A qualified accountant with 10+ years of senior finance experience within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Strong understanding of financial systems (ERP), reporting standards, and financial modelling. Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence across departments. Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives is highly desirable. HR function experience desirable Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Strong commercial acumen and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact within a multinational business.
