Senior IT Security Analyst Dublin (Hybrid) Industry: Agri-Food Production & Global Supply Chain Are you a seasoned security professional ready to step into a senior role within a global enterprise security team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation in the agri-food industry, where you'll play a key role in strengthening cyber resilience across a hybrid cloud environment. Youll be working on a diverse range of enterprise security projects, supporting incident response, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and Microsoft cloud security tooling. Key Responsibilities Monitor, detect, triage and respond to security threats using Microsoft security stack and SIEM tools (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk). Manage end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle (scanning, risk analysis, remediation tracking). Contribute to security architecture improvements across Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and endpoint environments. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to support secure configurations and policies. Maintain and evolve SOC documentation, processes, and response playbooks. Requirements 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, with solid SOC or security operations exposure. Hands-on experience with SIEM (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar), endpoint tools (Defender, Qualys, etc.), and Azure security services. Familiarity with industry frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, IEC62443 a plus.
