We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to build and maintain custom business applications for our client. This a hybrid contract role with an expectation to visit the customer's offices in Central Dublin during the week.

The ideal candidate should be a skilled and proactive Power Applications Developerand will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role requires strong experience in C#,PowerApps Component Framework (PCF),Model-Driven Apps, andSharePoint integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable solutions using PowerApps, particularly Model-Driven Applications.

- Build custom PCF controlsto extend PowerApps functionality.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint,Dataverse, APIs, and other Microsoft 365 services.

- Develop and maintain backend services using C#and.NET.

- Implement data integration and ETL processes using KingswaySoftandSQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and aligned with best practices.

- Provide support and maintenance for existing applications.

- Document technical designs, configurations, and code.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Model-Driven Apps.

- Strong proficiency in C#and.NET Framework/Core.

- Hands-on experience with PCF control development.

- Solid understanding of SharePoint Onlineand its integration with PowerApps.

- Experience with KingswaySoftfor data integration and ETL processes.

- Familiarity with Dataverse,Power Automate, andAzure Logic Apps.

- Knowledge of JavaScript,TypeScript, andReact(for PCF controls).

- Experience with REST APIs,OData, andWebhooks.

- Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)in Power Platform environments.

Desirable Skills

- Experience with Azure Functions,Azure DevOps, andCI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365and its customisation.

- Familiarity with Power BIfor reporting and analytics.

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) are a plus.
