Responsibilities

Support the discipline Head of Department and team in delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, and site support during construction.

Coordinate with other departments within the UK and the PM Group network.

Develop knowledge of how different departments operate within the Group.

Attend meetings with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as applicable.

Assist in managing architectural, engineering, and construction projects from bids to handover.

Take responsibility for specific projects or parts of projects under guidance.

Ensure all work complies with PM Group’s standards, procedures, and client requirements.

Develop technical skills through a proactive approach.

Promote health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in architectural or engineering related field.

Ability to organize, plan, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive attitude with a ‘can do’ approach.

Good interpersonal skills for teamwork.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Commercial awareness or willingness to develop it.

Proficiency with IT and software systems.
