This is an exciting opportunity for qualified Tax Lawyers with 5+ years of PQE to join a dynamic firm renowned for its tax expertise and exceptional international client base. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing advisory and transactional services across a wide range of sectors and industries, including corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate tax.

The Role:

- Advise on international tax and cross-border planning, including corporate reorganisations, mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs.

- Handle tax controversy and transfer pricing matters, including private equity transactions and structured finance.

- Manage real estate tax and asset/project finance, particularly in international/domestic aircraft and equipment finance.

- Be actively involved in client-facing work across various sectors, including corporate law, finance, and real estate.

The Person:

- 5+ years PQE within a corporate law firm, with a focus on tax law.

- A qualified lawyer with a professional tax/accounting qualification.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
