Head of Procurement

We are presently recruiting for a Head of Procurement for our clients in Killorglin, County Kerry. You will work as part of the Senior Management Team, providing strategic direction to the Purchasing team. You will be a self-starter with strong negotiation and SAP skills. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working week option.

Responsibilities:

- Providing strategic input into the direction of the business
- Identifying and building new relationships with suppliers
- Negotiating with current strategic suppliers
- Oversight on stock management, cost, and stock holding
- Accountable for keeping our customer offering up to date with the latest technologies
- Inventory trending/min-max levels/safety stock/expiry reports/bulk
